This role offers competitive pay ranging from $46,956 to $82,940 annually, based on experience and length of service. Drivers earn between $0.52 and $0.66 per mile with additional accessorial pay components including tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay when applicable. The position comes with a full benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long-term disability coverage, and a 401(k) plan with company match. Newly hired drivers also receive paid orientation held at the company's Spokane, Washington office, where airfare, lodging, and meals are covered.

Job Requirements
- Must have a valid Class A driver’s license (CDL-A)
- Minimum of 4+ months driving experience
- Safe driving record
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background check required
- Clean drug test required
- Clean clearinghouse results required
- Able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A driver’s license (CDL-A)
- Minimum of 4 months flatbed driving experience preferred
- Safe driving record with no major violations
- Ability to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to pass background check, drug test, and clearinghouse check
- Physical ability to perform required job duties
Job Duties
- Drive over-the-road routes transporting flatbed loads such as glass, steel, building materials, and machinery
- Secure flatbed loads using tarps and other equipment
- Maintain a valid Class A CDL and adhere to all safety regulations
- Complete all required inspections and paperwork accurately and on time
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and company personnel
- Follow all company policies including pet and guest rider policies
- Participate in paid orientation and training programs as required
