Job Description
System Transport is a reputable transportation company specializing in flatbed trucking services across the western region of the United States. With a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction, System Transport serves as a pillar in the logistics and freight transportation industry. The company prides itself on offering rewarding employment opportunities to experienced CDL-A flatbed drivers who are dedicated professionals looking for a stable and lucrative career. System Transport's regional division 295 focuses on transporting critical goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals, ensuring these valuable commodities reach their destinations safely and on time.
System Transport is currently hiring OTR (Over-The-Road) Flatbed CDL-A Drivers. This role is ideal for seasoned drivers who appreciate the importance of dependable freight delivery and want to work for an employer that values and rewards their expertise. Drivers can expect to earn between $46,956 and $82,940 annually, reflecting the company's competitive pay package structured to reward experience, route performance, and dedication. The compensation includes mileage pay ranging from $0.52 to $0.66 per mile, weekly earnings from $903.01 up to $1,595.29, and additional pay for tarp handling, stops, detention, border crossings, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional loads.
Newly hired drivers undergo a paid orientation hosted at the company’s Spokane, Washington office. The orientation package covers airfare, single-occupancy lodging, breakfast, and lunch, allowing drivers to focus on learning without worry. The orientation prepares drivers thoroughly before they receive their trucks by the end of the week. System Transport offers an exhaustive benefits package once eligibility requirements are met, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, long- and short-term disability coverage, a health savings account, a 401(k) plan with company matching contributions, and an employee assistance program. Additionally, drivers receive a $1,800 transition package, accrue sick time and paid time off based on their length of service, and benefit from the company’s supportive workplace policies.
System Transport maintains specific policies to ensure driver and cargo safety. While pets are not allowed on their trucks, riders aged seven and older are permitted after a probationary period of 90 days of safe driving. This policy balances flexibility with professional responsibility. This opportunity is a great fit for motivated CDL-A flatbed drivers who want to operate primarily in the western United States, be part of a supportive employer, and enjoy a rewarding professional driving experience. The application deadline for drivers interested in joining System Transport's team is March 31, 2026. The company firmly stands by its motto, "America Proud, Flatbed Strong," embodying the dedication and strength of its drivers.
