System Transport is currently seeking Experienced OTR (Over-The-Road) Flatbed CDL-A Drivers to join their team. This role is ideal for drivers who are passionate about trucking and delivering important materials safely and efficiently across various routes. The position comes with an attractive salary range of $46,956 to $82,940 annually, dependent on experience, routes, and attendance. Drivers at System Transport earn between $0.52 and $0.66 per mile, with weekly earnings ranging from approximately $903 to $1,595. The pay package is comprehensive, including additional compensations such as tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay, providing multiple avenues to maximize earnings.

In addition to excellent pay, System Transport invests in its drivers through a paid orientation hosted in Spokane, Washington, covering airfare, accommodation, breakfast, and lunch. The orientation process ensures new hires are equipped with the right knowledge and resources before receiving their truck, typically within a week from arrival.
