The position offered is for an Over The Road (OTR) CDL Class A Driver Apprentice with an impressive 96% success rate for CDL passes, highlighting the effectiveness of the company’s training programs. This role is designed for individuals who want to embark on a long-term career in trucking but may not yet have CDL Class A experience, as no prior Class A experience is required. The position includes a paid CDL training program with a one-year contract commitment and guarantees a gross weekly pay of $900 during training, even before the CDL-A exam is passed. After CDL certification, drivers have potential annual earnings ranging from $75,000 to $150,000.
