The role of an Entry-Level Line Cook at The Kimpton Cottonwood Hotel offers a unique opportunity to begin a rewarding culinary career within a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Line Cook, you will work closely with experienced chefs to prepare and present exceptional dishes that delight guests. Responsibilities include assisting in food preparation by chopping, cutting, and marinating ingredients, following recipes and cooking techniques to ensure quality, cooking and plating menu items to established standards, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace. You will also support inventory management and collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine recipes. Food safety and sanitation adherence are critical components of this role.   • Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
