Job Requirements

Must pass an airport background check and qualify for badging
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 pounds
Flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
Reliable attendance and punctuality required
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, mobile environment
Knowledge of food handling safety procedures
Previous restaurant, foodservice, customer service, or utility experience preferred

Job Duties

Deliver food orders from the kitchen or service area to guests quickly, accurately, and professionally
Verify food orders for accuracy before delivering to guests
Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and welcoming dining area
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, service stations, condiment areas, and common guest spaces
Maintain cleanliness of transport carts and ensure items are stored securely
Assist team members with basic guest service needs, including responding to requests in a friendly and helpful manner
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and airport security procedures
Support opening, closing, and shift transition duties as assigned
Work collaboratively with cashiers, servers, cooks, bartenders, and leadership to ensure efficient operations
Maintain a sense of urgency and adaptability in a high-volume, fast-paced airport environment
