Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ServSafe and allergen trained
- preferred Starbucks barista trained
- knowledgeable of food service laws, regulations and guidelines
- excellent interpersonal skills
- demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with residents, physicians, visitors, and all facility personnel
- excellent customer service skills
- commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, innovative care

Job Duties
- Greeting guests to the building
- providing explanations of the menu and ordering process for daily specials and Always Available Menu
- meeting and talking with guests daily to take meal orders
- acquiring resident and guest preferences
- collaborating with the RDN or Exec Chef on Nutrition Management program input
- printing meal production sheets and meal tickets
- updating daily menus for dining rooms
- assisting with serving meals that meet portion control and sanitary standards
- preparing and serving food and snacks according to policies and procedures
