We are currently inviting passionate individuals to join our EPIC team in a part-time role pivotal to the dining experience of our residents and guests. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food services, focusing primarily on capturing meal orders and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires a warm, engaging individual who will greet guests upon arrival, clearly explain our diverse menu offerings—including daily specials and our Always Available Menu—and assist guests in placing their meal orders. This position supports our nutritional management program through collaboration with Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDN) and Executive Chefs to accommodate resident preferences and dietary needs. You will also be responsible for printing meal production sheets, managing meal tickets, and updating daily menus to reflect current offerings in the dining rooms.
In addition to administrative and ordering duties, you will assist in serving meals that are both appealing in appearance and compliant with established portion control, sanitary regulations, and organizational food policies. The role offers a rewarding experience where your contribution brings joy and satisfaction to residents through the delivery of delicious, well-presented meals.
Our offer includes competitive base wages starting at $14.50 per hour, with annual wage increases acknowledging your dedication and performance. We provide best-in-class benefits, including medical insurance with no deductible or copay and affordable payroll contributions, alongside comprehensive dental and vision coverage. Generous paid time off, holiday pay, and career advancement opportunities demonstrate our commitment to employee growth and well-being. Additional benefits include tuition reimbursement, company-paid short-term disability and life insurance, an unmatched unlimited referral bonus program, and a 401k plan with employer matching. Our supportive leadership team is attentive to your scheduling needs, offering flexible part-time schedules that include rotating weekends and select holidays on a daytime shift from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with no late nights. Join us to become part of a team dedicated to delivering excellent, passionate, and innovative care while enjoying a supportive work environment and meaningful connections with residents and colleagues.
