Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age
high school degree preferred
one year of experience in restaurant or retail industry preferred but not required
food handler card provided prior to employment
able to stand for extended periods (4-8 hours)
capable of reaching, bending, and lifting a minimum of 50 pounds
strong communication skills
critical thinking and problem solving skills
able to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
ability to work as part of a team
attention to detail

Job Qualifications

One year of experience in the restaurant or retail industry preferred but not required

Job Duties

Clean equipment and work areas to Nekter Juice Bar standards
stock supplies on an ongoing basis
clean and maintain customer access areas including front area, restrooms, and parking lot
consistently serve all Nekter Juice Bar products to specifications
follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
ensure product information and cleanses are distributed timely
rinse and wash products before serving
work register, prep, clean, and juice as directed by manager on duty
execute proper portion control with all ingredients
operate cash register and handle cash transactions according to company cash handling policies
effectively execute promotions
handle coupons and gift cards according to standards
