The role of Machine Operator in the Dry Mix department is a first-shift position with working hours from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with occasional Fridays. At Rise Baking Company, this position plays a crucial role in executing production schedules accurately and efficiently to meet customer orders while maintaining quality, safety, cost, and delivery standards. The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting production machinery, handling ingredients with care, setting up equipment and supplies, performing routine cleaning procedures, and adhering strictly to allergen control and food safety guidelines. As part of this role, employees are expected to contribute to continuous improvement efforts by investigating and resolving production issues, taking corrective actions, and maintaining a safe work environment.
