This opportunity is for an Operator 2 Bakery position, specifically in the McGriddle production area at the Ontario, CA bakery. The role plays a critical part in maintaining continuous production by rotating through all positions within the product area to cover team members during breaks and lunches. This rotation requires versatility and teamwork along with constant attention to maintaining product quality, food safety, and accurate documentation. The position works on the 2nd shift, from 2PM to 10:30PM, with weekend availability required, offering hourly pay between $23.00 and $24.00. This role is vital to ensuring smooth operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment where excellence in food production standards must be met without compromise.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing or food production environment
  • Ability to read, write, and complete clear, accurate, and legible documentation
  • Understanding of food safety, quality, and GMP requirements
  • Ability to perform multiple production roles as required

Job Duties

  • Support continuous production by performing all positions within the product area during breaks and lunches
  • Assist in production and wrapping operations to meet daily output and quality expectations
  • Maintain proper staging of product for counting and trailer loading
  • Ensure all products meet company quality standards and specifications
  • Complete accurate, legible, and timely production and food safety documentation
  • Comply with all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Food Safety, Quality, Allergen, and HACCP policies
  • Communicate promptly with supervision regarding food safety, quality, or equipment concerns
