Job Requirements
- Knowledge of production processes and operation of equipment
- Skill to control equipment and monitor operations
- Ability to move material with or without specialized equipment
- High school graduate or equivalent
- One year experience in a production setting
- Less than 5 percent travel requirements

Job Duties
- Load, unload and move materials in yard
- Shovel loose material into hoppers
- Clean work areas, machines and equipment in the plant including cooking processing equipment such as cookers, augers, process tanks and tankers
- Operate equipment as instructed
- Operate forklift with training available
- Remove trash from plant
- Paint equipment as necessary
- Interact with others in a professional and ethical manner
- Follow department and company procedures
- Keep up regular attendance and punctuality
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure efficient and effective operation of the business
