Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Relevant experience in operations or live event support preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting and moving equipment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Superior interpersonal and strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
  • Handle multiple tasks meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated with strong leadership abilities and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of operational equipment including forklifts pallet jacks scrubbers floor buffers mechanical lifting devices staging seating risers basketball floors
  • Ability to follow written instructions interpret work orders and floor plans
  • Capable of working as part of a team or independently
  • Flexible schedule availability including early mornings evenings overnight weekends holidays and extended workdays

Job Duties

  • Help with event changeovers cleaning and maintenance
  • Perform routine to moderate tasks involving chairs staging risers and other inventory
  • Provide housekeeping services for the facilities
  • Assign work activities monitor work flow identify and resolve operational issues
  • Maintain accurate record keeping for hazardous materials communication program
  • Interact with clients serving their needs and perform custodial duties
  • Perform moderate to difficult set-ups in a theater setting
  • Review coordinate changeover work plan facility maintenance and operations
