With a commitment to excellence, TaskUs serves a diverse range of clients across various industries, employing advanced technology and data-driven insights to meet evolving market demands. The Denver, Colorado facility is one of its key operational hubs where it sustains high standards of service and innovation.
The Team Lead role at TaskUs is a pivotal position within the operations department, focused on driving superior customer experiences by leading and managing a team of Roadside Assistance Specialists. This on-site role requires the candidate to be physically present in Denver, Colorado, demonstrating hands-on leadership in the day-to-day management and development of their team. The Team Lead acts as the vital link between frontline employees and other departments within the organization, ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency.
As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for coaching and motivating your team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. Your duties will include overseeing adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet and exceed client expectations. You will organize and conduct team huddles and coaching sessions aimed at enhancing skills, knowledge, and overall performance. Critical to your function is the ability to analyze performance metrics, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable feedback that helps inform decision-making at the managerial level.
In this role, you will also manage scheduling to ensure optimal coverage and operational readiness. Your leadership will set the standard for professional conduct, work ethic, and integrity, creating a positive and productive work environment. You will handle issues that arise, including HR matters, and apply creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions that address in-field challenges and improve processes. The Team Lead will serve as a subject matter expert and advocate for continuous improvement, supporting both the operational and developmental needs of the Roadside Assistance team.
The Roadside Assistance Specialists you manage are instrumental in ensuring the safety and efficiency of transportation services by quickly responding to vehicle mission errors and obstacles. Their responsibilities include the safe recovery of autonomous vehicles, operating non-autonomous vehicles in coordination with self-driving technology, and maintaining high standards of customer service during all interactions. They operate in dynamic, high-pressure environments requiring vigilance, technical knowledge, and compliance with strict safety and confidentiality standards.
This role offers a competitive salary starting at $83,200 per year, reflecting the high level of responsibility and expertise required. Joining TaskUs means becoming part of a company dedicated to fostering diversity, wellness, and career advancement within its workforce. The inclusive culture and strong internal mobility programs ensure that employees have ample opportunities to grow professionally while contributing meaningfully to the company’s success and the broader community. If you have at least two years of people management experience, strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for coaching others, this Team Lead position at TaskUs Denver could be your next career step.
