Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors
- answer telephones, respond to inquiries, and direct requests appropriately
- monitor building access and visitor entry procedures
- receive, log, and distribute resident packages and deliveries
- maintain accurate records and daily operational logs
- assist residents with routine requests and building information
- support resident satisfaction through professional, courteous, and responsive service
