Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors
  • answer telephones, respond to inquiries, and direct requests appropriately
  • monitor building access and visitor entry procedures
  • receive, log, and distribute resident packages and deliveries
  • maintain accurate records and daily operational logs
  • assist residents with routine requests and building information
  • support resident satisfaction through professional, courteous, and responsive service
