The position is that of an Operations Support Specialist whose duties revolve around the delivery, maintenance, and application of fertilizer and chemical products to enhance agricultural productivity. The role requires an individual capable of operating and maintaining various types of equipment, applying agricultural products safely and accurately, and providing excellent customer service.

Compensation for this role includes an hourly wage range of $20.00 to $24.00 with the additional potential to participate in an annual incentive plan. Employment is full-time within an environment that demands flexibility regarding working hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays as seasonal workload dictates. Travelling requirements are minimal, typically less than 10%.

The Operations Support professional will handle a variety of important tasks such as loading and delivering fertilizers and chemicals; blending fertilizer products to specification; performing preventative and corrective maintenance on plant equipment, machinery, and vehicles including welding and engine overhauls; conducting equipment calibration and monitoring product application to meet safety and regulatory standards; and maintaining clean, organized workspaces such as warehouses and yards. Adhering to Department of Transportation (DOT), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) regulations is essential for compliance and to ensure the safety of personnel and customers.
