Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of one year of guest service experience preferred in hospitality
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and customer focus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to occasionally lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds
  • Eligible to work in the United States

  • Interview, hire, train, and evaluate front desk staff
  • Motivate and recognize team members to foster a positive work environment
  • Conduct routine inspections to maintain safety and compliance with regulations
