Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in hospitality
  • at least 2 years experience in front office and or food and beverage operations
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
  • willingness to stand and move for extended periods

Job Duties

  • lead and coach associates to deliver exceptional guest service
  • support senior leadership with basic management responsibilities
  • handle training, scheduling, payroll, and interviewing tasks
  • oversee front office operations including guest services and reservations
  • manage food and beverage operations such as restaurant, bar, in-room dining, and banquets
  • process guest transactions and handle service recovery
  • engage with guests to enhance their overall experience
