Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in hospitality
- at least 2 years experience in front office and or food and beverage operations
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- excellent communication abilities
- ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
- willingness to stand and move for extended periods

Job Duties
- lead and coach associates to deliver exceptional guest service
- support senior leadership with basic management responsibilities
- handle training, scheduling, payroll, and interviewing tasks
- oversee front office operations including guest services and reservations
- manage food and beverage operations such as restaurant, bar, in-room dining, and banquets
- process guest transactions and handle service recovery
- engage with guests to enhance their overall experience
