Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of professional experience including 3+ years in a fulfillment, manufacturing or related role environment
- 2+ years in a managerial/supervisory role
- 2+ years managing third party client relationships or working in a customer/client facing role
- ability to travel to other sites (minimal to occasional)
- strong verbal and written communication skills

- comfortable multitasking and prioritizing projects in a fast-paced environment

- familiarity with standard concepts and procedures within trading cards and collectibles
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervise the staffing, training, and scheduling of department personnel
- monitor staff productivity and assign tasks as needed
- create and maintain departmental structure, morale and sense of team
- develop production goals and ensure that goals are met
- plan employee schedules to meet daily operations goals
- develop staff skills and create a rewarding and fulfilling work environment
- create effective solutions for issues that arise within the department
