Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalent
- Working knowledge of high-volume nightclub operations
- Guest relations and staff relations skills
- Prioritization of duties
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to read guests
- Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, loud environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift or move up to 40 lbs using proper techniques
Job Qualifications

- Ability to turn potentially negative situations into positive ones
- Experience in live music environment preferred
- College diploma in related field preferred
Job Duties
- Work directly with the Ops Manager and Security Supervisor to perform day of show duties
- Respond to all elevated staff or guest inquiries and concerns regarding shows, artist meet and greet packages, amenities including Foundry access, VIP program and seat upgrades
- Work through and correct guest concerns and complaints regarding security and customer service-related situations
- Follow up with Security and Guest Services teams to ensure service standards are met
- Perform opening, running, and closing duties according to Live Nation policy
- Inform guests of Music Hall amenities and make recommendations
- Maintain line of sight and atmosphere control by circulating through work area and reporting any issues
- Suggestive sell all venue products and services when applicable
- Keep current on all Standard Operating Procedures and communicate them effectively to team members
- Create pre-shift sheet and relay information from management directly to staff
- Turn in all lost and found articles to Box Office
- Ensure responsible alcohol service per training and Live Nation policies
- Maintain security of Back of House areas
- Lead all pre-shift meetings prior to start of shift
- Communicate to Manager On Duty any issues that guests or team members may have
- Assist with incident reports, witness statements, and ejection logs
- Work Special Events scheduled throughout the venue
