Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in export operations
- High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in freight forwarding software
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience running an export desk
- Strong customer service skills and experience
- In-depth knowledge of ocean freight procedures
- Ability to manage bookings, shipping instructions, and B/L creation

Job Duties
- Oversee the ocean freight export process from start to finish
- Manage bookings, shipping instructions, and bill of lading creation
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment handling
- Ensure compliance with trade terms and international shipping regulations
- Maintain thorough documentation and record-keeping for shipments
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve operational issues
- Collaborate with the team lead and operations staff to optimize export workflows
