Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or operations management preferred
- Valid state-issued driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and manage staff schedules
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Ability to implement OSHA policies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and technology systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to safety and compliance
Job Qualifications
- Demonstrates ability to lead, manage and motivate team members
- Passionate about customer service and client satisfaction
- Prior experience developing budgets and profit and loss review a plus
- Ability to react and problem solve quickly
- Experience using computer applications and systems including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to learn internal computer programs
- Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record
Job Duties
- Deliver premier customer service to clients
- Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently
- Ensure proactive communication with clients regarding operational improvements
- Supervise valet attendant relations to resolve complaints diplomatically
- Hire, develop, train, and supervise a team of employees
- Identify proper staffing levels to complete duties
- Ensure parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed
- Maximize profitability through revenue development, facility marketing, and expense review
- Identify procurement and vendor service needs
- Perform accounting duties such as accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash
- Monitor facility maintenance and cleanliness standards
- Review and manage damage claims with safety improvements
- Implement OSHA compliance policies and procedures
