The Operations Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in the seamless running of the restaurant during shifts. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to handle guest concerns professionally
  • basic knowledge of scheduling and payroll systems
  • physically able to stand and move for extended periods
  • flexible availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
