Job Requirements

  • Ability to obtain airport badge
  • Valid driver's license
  • Walk and stand during shift
  • Lift 40 lbs to waist height
  • Push/pull 75-100 lbs and move multiple carts
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays
  • Minimum 3 years operational experience
  • Minimum 2 years management experience
  • Experience with P&L management

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in related field
  • Minimum of 3 years operational experience in manufacturing, logistics, or related
  • Minimum of 2 years direct management experience
  • Demonstrated P&L management experience
  • Strong leadership skills with proven track record
  • Proficiency with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Financial and analytical skills including interpreting financial statements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Job Duties

  • Manage multi-million-dollar P&L with revenue growth targets
  • Lead business unit with multiple terminals and workforce
  • Coach staff to meet operational performance goals
  • Apply continuous improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma
  • Direct and manage equipment repairs, maintenance, and cleaning
  • Oversee daily reporting, payroll, hiring, and training
  • Develop new business opportunities and maintain key stakeholder relationships
