Job Requirements
- able to work effectively and safely while subject to wet floors, temperature extremes and excessive noise
- must be able to lift up to 50 pounds in weight
- must be able to maneuver in an often tightly-quartered environment
- hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years previous operations leadership experience in a complex food service environment
- blue card certification
- ServSafe certified
- demonstrated financial acumen with strong background in P&L management
- previous experience in developing operating budgets
- proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs
Job Duties
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations
- manage staff scheduling and performance
- order and maintain inventory of food and beverage supplies
- review and manage financial transactions including sales and deposits
- analyze and interpret P&L statements for operational efficiency
- step in to perform bartender or cook duties as needed
- support administrative functions and ensure compliance with company standards
