The company is currently seeking a full-time Operations Manager for its Scene 75 location in Dayton, Ohio. The Operations Manager will primarily focus on managing groups and parties, leading a dynamic team, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading daily operations related to group events, parties, and high-volume guest experiences. Managing and developing a team of 15 to over 50 employees across customer service, attractions, and food and beverage departments is a critical component of this position. The manager oversees event execution, catering coordination, and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction. They ensure that service standards meet excellence across hospitality, food service, and attraction areas while handling scheduling, staffing, and operational efficiency. Safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards are also maintained under this role’s supervision, along with supporting special events, holiday operations, and other peak business periods.

Job Requirements
- Age 21+
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food & beverage or catering experience required
- Weekend and holiday availability
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 39 lbs
- Valid driver's license
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Job Qualifications
- 1+ year of management experience in restaurant management, catering/banquet management, event management, hospitality or guest services
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Experience in high-volume environments such as restaurants, entertainment venues, or hotels
- Passion for customer service and guest experience
- Ability to multitask and manage events, staff, and operations simultaneously
