Job Requirements

  • Age 21+
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Food & beverage or catering experience required
  • Weekend and holiday availability
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 39 lbs
  • Valid driver's license
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ year of management experience in restaurant management, catering/banquet management, event management, hospitality or guest services
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Experience in high-volume environments such as restaurants, entertainment venues, or hotels
  • Passion for customer service and guest experience
  • Ability to multitask and manage events, staff, and operations simultaneously

Job Duties

  • Lead daily operations for group events, parties, and high-volume guest experiences
  • Manage and develop a team of 15-50+ employees including customer service, attractions, and food & beverage staff
  • Oversee event execution, catering coordination, and guest satisfaction
  • Ensure excellent service standards across hospitality, food service, and attractions
  • Handle scheduling, staffing, and operational efficiency
  • Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards
  • Support special events, holiday operations, and peak business periods
