- experience in planning management in sports events

- experience preparing operational documents

Job Duties
- Assist in the development of crowd management plans
- ensure compliance with federal, governmental, and city laws on queues and assessment priorities
- ensure effective integration of functional areas including venue management, security, transport, ticketing, accreditation, spectator experience, and workforce
- monitor, support, and advise the operations team through planning phases to Games time
- monitor progress of EVS operational plans focusing on risk management
- oversee and contribute to the planning and implementation of Games time workforce within the operational area
- assist and monitor employment for all EVS operational areas
- provide additional duties as needed consistent with the Operations Manager EVS role
