Job Duties

  • Assist in the development of crowd management plans
  • ensure compliance with federal, governmental, and city laws on queues and assessment priorities
  • ensure effective integration of functional areas including venue management, security, transport, ticketing, accreditation, spectator experience, and workforce
  • monitor, support, and advise the operations team through planning phases to Games time
  • monitor progress of EVS operational plans focusing on risk management
  • oversee and contribute to the planning and implementation of Games time workforce within the operational area
  • assist and monitor employment for all EVS operational areas
  • provide additional duties as needed consistent with the Operations Manager EVS role
