This role demands a high level of operational discipline and teamwork as the manager leads the Distribution team while collaborating closely with Service and Support Functions to ensure superior customer outcomes, operational excellence, and strong financial results. The Operations Manager, Distribution holds ownership for safe, efficient, and reliable delivery service execution. With compensation ranging from $80,000 to $93,000 based on experience and credentials, and a 15 percent annual bonus target with potential for higher earnings, this opportunity offers both challenge and reward.

Engaging in daily operations, the Operations Manager works alongside the General Manager to meet depot financial goals and key performance indicators through continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidates must be ready to lead by example in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and possess at least 2-4 years of relevant experience in operations, distribution, logistics, or a route-based environment. The role requires familiarity with safety regulations and compliance, competency in using data and metrics for performance management, and a willingness to be actively involved in day-to-day operational leadership. Preferred qualifications include 1-2+ years of direct people management, experience with DOT compliance, logistics or route-based distribution, managing scheduling and labor, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
