The role of Operations Manager at Crossroads Country Club Pet Resort is a full-time position that requires a dedicated leader to oversee daily operations and ensure top-quality care and services. This position involves working 40 hours per week with a rotating schedule that covers mornings, afternoons, and evening shifts across all seven days, ensuring thorough facility oversight and robust staff support throughout the week. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing staffing including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management, all while fostering a positive and collaborative team culture. This role also involves implementing and monitoring standard operating procedures (SOPs), sanitation protocols, and animal handling standards that guarantee the health, safety, cleanliness, and happiness of every pet in the resort.
Additionally, this manager position requires monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy rates, client retention, revenue per guest, and incident reports to identify areas for operational improvements. The manager will also handle customer service escalations, client relations, and on-site problem resolution to maintain a seamless and excellent guest experience. Supporting retail and sales initiatives is another responsibility, which includes upselling services and maintaining client engagement programs. Compliance with all licensing requirements, insurance policies, and industry best practices is critical to this position.
