Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in hospitality management
  • Availability from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with flexibility
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with event coordination and staff training

Job Duties

  • Provide daily oversight of event operations
  • Support event operations for San Carlos venue
  • Oversee breakfast and lunch service at Salt + Brine restaurant
  • Lead, train, and mentor hospitality staff
  • Ensure high standards of guest experience
  • Coordinate with AV experts and catering services
  • Manage staff scheduling and operational logistics
