Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hospitality management
- Availability from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with flexibility
- Proven leadership skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with event coordination and staff training

Job Duties
- Provide daily oversight of event operations
- Support event operations for San Carlos venue
- Oversee breakfast and lunch service at Salt + Brine restaurant
- Lead, train, and mentor hospitality staff
- Ensure high standards of guest experience
- Coordinate with AV experts and catering services
- Manage staff scheduling and operational logistics
