The venue is renowned for its sophisticated design, state-of-the-art audiovisual technology, and access to exquisite catering from its in-house restaurant, Salt + Brine. This combination ensures that every event hosted is not just successful but extraordinary in every detail.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team of hospitality professionals. This role is integral to maintaining the high standards of service and operational excellence that our brand embodies. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in restaurant or hotel event management, particularly in high-volume settings where guest experience is paramount. This position demands a leader who is adept at managing daily event operations while also inspiring and developing a team through training and mentorship.

As an Operations Manager at The Alexandria at San Carlos, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing all event operations to ensure seamless execution from start to finish. You will also manage the breakfast and lunch service at Salt + Brine, maintaining quality and efficiency in a busy restaurant environment. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong presence, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to adapt to business needs, particularly with availability during morning and early afternoon hours from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in hospitality management
  • Availability from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with flexibility
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with event coordination and staff training
