The Operations Manager role at Fun Town RV is a critical leadership position overseeing all aspects of the service department, including internal and external repairs, parts and warranty services, and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) operations. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business automotive or related field preferred
  • 5-7 years of RV service operations management experience
  • proven leadership and team management abilities
  • strong knowledge of RV service maintenance procedures and PDI
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • financial management experience including budgets and KPIs
  • ability to resolve conflicts and build relationships
  • proficiency with dealership management software desirable

Job Qualifications

  • proven leadership and team management skills with track record of building high-performing teams
  • strong knowledge of RV service and maintenance including diagnostic tools and PDI processes

  • financial acumen with experience managing budgets P&L statements and KPIs
  • proficiency in dealership management software Motility is a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead train and motivate service and PDI teams to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction

  • manage departmental budgets labor costs parts inventory and overhead expenses to achieve profitability
  • monitor financial performance identifying opportunities to increase revenue and reduce costs
  • implement strategies for growth and efficiency including new processes with manufacturing partners
  • oversee PDI process ensuring all RVs meet quality standards before delivery
  • implement quality control procedures to minimize rework and ensure workmanship
  • collaborate with inventory and dispatch teams for seamless coordination
  • manage warranty administrators ensuring proper claims submission and documentation
  • track and report on KPIs including PDI production technician productivity warranty profitability dealer satisfaction and quality metrics
  • use data to identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions
