Job Requirements
- 5 plus years of hotel management or supervisory experience preferred
- strong computer skills required
- highly motivated and energetic
- previous operations management or supervisory experience required
- knowledge of property management computer programs

- knowledge of purchasing, inventory, labor management and staff training

Job Duties
- Assist the Director of Operations with managing the Front Office, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage operations
- Provide strong lobby presence to assist front desk agents and guests
- Provide all aspects of shift coverage in Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B operations as needed
- Monitor pre-arrival planning process to deliver against guest preferences, maximize room inventory, and drive incremental revenue
- Understand brand standards and operational requirements across discipline areas
- Coordinate labor scheduling and lead shifts across departments
- Direct and work with team members to carry out guest arrival and departure procedures, support Restaurant, Bar, and Food and Beverage outlets
- Ensure Front Office and Housekeeping maintain Hyatt Centric and Caption by Hyatt standards including cleanliness and signage
- Handle guest special requests and customer complaints during shifts
- Perform all front desk duties and responsibilities
- Investigate and handle complaints, disturbances, and emergencies during shifts
- Manage team members attendance calendar, time edits, and conduct call-arounds for shifts
- Coach, train, counsel hourly team members and administer discipline as needed
- Perform Night Audit functions and produce reports
- Attend and contribute to periodic meetings promoting morale, productivity, and efficiency
- Attend all hotel required meetings and trainings
- Perform any other duties assigned by Director of Operations or General Manager
