Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum of 3 years in operations or management role
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of safety and compliance standards
  • reliable and punctual
  • proficiency with Epicor's P21 or similar ERP software preferred
  • ability to work Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
