Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- bachelor’s degree in operations management, business management, or statistics or equivalent
- five to ten years of related experience or training
- proficient in Microsoft Office and Kronos timekeeper
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- ability to work independently
- physical ability to perform job duties including lifting up to 40 pounds
- willing to work in fast paced office and shop environments
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in operations management, business management, or statistics or equivalent
- five to ten years of related experience or training, preferably in janitorial or facilities management
- excellent internal and external customer service skills
- ability to lead and motivate others
- strong communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- experience with Kronos timekeeper and mobile applications
- ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
- professional appearance and demeanor
Job Duties
- Ensure proper staffing to meet client needs
- ensure all supplies, materials, and work performed meet quality and budgetary standards
- maintain operating condition and security of all tools and equipment
- maintain accurate inventory of materials, supplies, equipment, and tools
- conduct inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- evaluate employee performance and conduct training sessions on job procedures and safety
- conduct regular meetings with field supervisors and leads
- meet regularly with customers to ensure needs are met and solicit additional work
- oversee all janitorial operations
- manage supervisors and staff
- maintain cleanliness of all customer accounts
- manage job starts
- manage safety programs
- manage operations budget
