Job Qualifications

- general manager experience preferred
- bachelor’s degree preferred
- proven ability to manage and develop teams while driving results
- strong Excel and data analysis skills for decision-making
- organized and detail-oriented with effective project management abilities
- exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- passion for delivering outstanding service and building client relationships
- familiarity with hiring, talent development, and performance management
- problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and ability to learn new platforms
- valid driver’s license with ability to travel regularly throughout the market
Job Duties
- Lead and develop teams by coaching, mentoring, and supporting Area Leaders
- drive operational excellence through data analysis to improve processes and service delivery
- develop budgets, monitor expenses, and report on financial performance
- forecast staffing needs and collaborate with Recruiting to maintain team coverage
- lead training efforts and enforce standards for systems usage, safety, and service protocols
- collaborate with Sales and Account Executives to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues
- identify growth opportunities to expand services and grow client relationships
- perform site visits to ensure service quality and safety standards are upheld
- manage fleet compliance, maintenance, and warehouse inventory
- identify future leaders and support talent development
- lead by example through servant leadership including participating in frontline tasks as needed
- own and manage special projects from start to finish
