We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Operations General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing plant. This executive leadership role requires a process-oriented and hands-on professional who thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The General Manager will be responsible for driving operational excellence across production, engineering, workforce development, and customer service departments. This role demands a strategic leader who can enhance key business metrics such as efficiency, revenue, quality, safety, innovation, customer satisfaction, and vendor relations.
