Job Requirements

Must meet the minimum hours required for full time, part time, or flex scheduling
Availability during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays
Punctuality and consistent attendance
Ability to physically lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication abilities
Prior experience in retail or related environment

1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Quick learner with the ability to absorb and communicate product knowledge
Ability to support outstanding client service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus

Job Duties

Support daily operations by managing inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining operational standards
Assist with visual merchandising by ensuring the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution
Deliver exceptional service by supporting the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals
Foster inclusivity and teamwork by helping promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered
Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and helping create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all
Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/hours with flexible scheduling
Be punctual and maintain consistent attendance during peak retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
