Job Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative experience preferred
- bachelor's degree preferred
- proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- attention to detail and problem solving skills
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Job Duties
- Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff
- takes messages
- receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items
- serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
- set up meetings in conference room
- office maintenance including kitchen duties, replenishing supplies, cleaning, and trash removal
- acts as IT liaison as needed
- provides administrative support for office operations including meeting scheduling, log processing, calendar management, and timecard processing
- carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning
- ensures operation of office equipment by performing maintenance, calling for repairs, and maintaining inventories
- maintains supplies inventory by checking stock and placing orders
- submits carrier invoices to corresponding departments
- assists with event planning, marketing efforts, conventions, and food ordering
