Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative experience preferred
  • bachelor's degree preferred
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Job Duties

  • Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff
  • takes messages
  • receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items
  • serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
  • set up meetings in conference room
  • office maintenance including kitchen duties, replenishing supplies, cleaning, and trash removal
  • acts as IT liaison as needed
  • provides administrative support for office operations including meeting scheduling, log processing, calendar management, and timecard processing
  • carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning
  • ensures operation of office equipment by performing maintenance, calling for repairs, and maintaining inventories
  • maintains supplies inventory by checking stock and placing orders
  • submits carrier invoices to corresponding departments
  • assists with event planning, marketing efforts, conventions, and food ordering
