Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in sports management business marketing or a related field preferred
- Minimum one year of experience in hockey game operations retail merchandise or similar sports event production
- Ability to lift 30+ lbs and work on feet for extended periods
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in Shopify preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365
- Must be reliable and solution-oriented
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in sports management business marketing or a related field preferred
- At least one year of experience in hockey specifically game operations retail merchandise or something similar to sports event production
- Comfortable managing people and tasks in a high-energy environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Shopify is preferred
- Familiar with the Microsoft 365 platform
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
- Reliable solution-oriented and eager to contribute to a growing team
Job Duties
- Oversee all on-ice promotions and intermission activities on gamedays including supervising Ice Crew and Street Team members
- Assist with setup and breakdown of gameday operations including on-ice props signage concourse activations
- Coordinate merchandise fulfillment restocking and inventory management across retail channels including team store online pop-up stands
- Ensure merchandise areas both front-of-house and back-of-house are organized and operating efficiently
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations on ordering tracking and receiving shipments of new merchandise
- Train and manage part-time gameday retail staff to ensure quality service and consistency
- Support special events community appearances and grassroots initiatives as needed
- Assist Director of Operations and General Manager with team travel and accommodations
- Other duties as assigned
