Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Basic familiarity with Windows and/or macOS environments
  • Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Commitment to supporting the mission of Catholic education

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred or in progress
  • Basic familiarity with Windows and/or macOS environments
  • Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP

Job Duties

  • Support daily administrative and operational needs
  • Assist with event coordination and logistics
  • Manage supplies and maintain organized records
  • Respond to facilities requests and coordinate with vendors
  • Provide general support to faculty and staff
  • Serve as first point of contact for basic technology issues
  • Troubleshoot common computer, printer, phone, and other classroom and office technology
  • Set up school owned devices and user accounts for staff and students
  • Conduct end of school year audit of staff and student devices
  • Clean, repair, and label devices for the coming year
  • Assist with Google Workspace account management
  • Maintain technology inventory and device tracking
  • Coordinate with Director of IT when needed
