Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Basic familiarity with Windows and/or macOS environments
- Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Commitment to supporting the mission of Catholic education
Job Qualifications

- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred or in progress
- Basic familiarity with Windows and/or macOS environments
- Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP

Job Duties
- Support daily administrative and operational needs
- Assist with event coordination and logistics
- Manage supplies and maintain organized records
- Respond to facilities requests and coordinate with vendors
- Provide general support to faculty and staff
- Serve as first point of contact for basic technology issues
- Troubleshoot common computer, printer, phone, and other classroom and office technology
- Set up school owned devices and user accounts for staff and students
- Conduct end of school year audit of staff and student devices
- Clean, repair, and label devices for the coming year
- Assist with Google Workspace account management
- Maintain technology inventory and device tracking
- Coordinate with Director of IT when needed
