Job Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalency
  • FA CPR AED certification desirable
  • two or three years of experience in a similar role preferred
  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • ability to operate information system hardware and software
  • maintain valid Florida Driver's License
  • ability to respond quickly to emergency situations
  • physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • able to work in upright standing position for long periods
  • capable of performing stooping, bending, kneeling, squatting
  • able to navigate property quickly
  • able to work in varied environmental conditions
  • ability to follow safety procedures and report issues immediately
  • courteous and respectful demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalency

  • effective written and verbal communication skills
  • strong customer service background
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • multiple language fluency desirable
  • strong command of information system hardware/software
  • maintain a valid Florida Driver's License

Job Duties

  • Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills
  • monitors control systems and emergency response systems
  • responds to emergency situations in a timely manner
  • accurately maintains daily logs, records, and forms
  • maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property
  • works shifts that are subject to change based on property needs
  • checks in with Property Manager during Tropical Storm or Hurricane Watch or Warning
  • be courteous and respectful to employees, residents, and guests
  • maintain assigned areas in a neat and safe manner
  • adhere to safety procedures and report issues immediately
  • attend mandatory staff meetings
  • supervise moves, deliveries and unit owner construction according to property regulations
  • assist the Receiving Department in managing deliveries and construction workers
  • assist unit owners, residents and guests courteously and refer complex inquiries to management
  • retrieve packages for residents following proper procedures
  • relieve Receiving Clerk and Front Desk staff as needed
  • monitor valet personnel to ensure compliance with traffic guidelines
  • check First Alarm Panel at shift start and end and report any issues
  • assist Property Manager and Administrative Assistant as needed
  • respond to mechanical, medical or police emergencies and assist
  • report all irregularities on Incident Reports
  • perform additional duties as assigned by Operations or Property Manager
