- Experience in restaurant or concessions management
- Skilled in cash handling
- Skilled in scheduling
- Skilled in training
- Food Handler’s Certification for Managers
- Food Allergen Training Certificate

- Food Handler’s Certification for Managers
- Food Allergen Training Certificate
- Liquor/BASSET Certification is a plus
- Pass a Chicago Department of Aviation/Homeland Security background check
- Adhere to all Chicago Department of Aviation security protocol
- Experience in restaurant or concessions management
- Skilled in cash handling, scheduling, and training
Job Duties
- Responsible for daily inventory ordering and analysis
- Ensures that all locations are adequately staffed
- Ensures that all cleaning is conducted throughout and at end of each shift
- Ensures that locations are adequately stocked to conduct business
- Enforces all company policies and procedures
- Maintains Manager Food Handler’s Certification
- Maintains Food Allergen Certification
- Coach and develop Crew Members based on the needs of the business
- Communicates all repair needs to the General Manager
- Communicates all disciplinary needs to the General Manager
- Performs daily deposits as necessary
- Performs additional duties as needed for the success of operations
