Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in restaurant or concessions management
- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Ability to schedule staff effectively
- Training skills
- Pass Chicago Department of Aviation/Homeland Security background check
- Adhere to Chicago Department of Aviation security protocol
Job Qualifications
- Food Handler's Certification for Managers
- Food Allergen Training Certificate
- Liquor/BASSET Certification is a plus
- Experience in restaurant or concessions management
- Skills in cash handling
- Skills in scheduling
- Skills in training
- Ability to adhere to Chicago Department of Aviation security protocol
Job Duties
- Responsible for daily inventory ordering and analysis
- Ensures that all locations are adequately staffed
- Ensures that all cleaning is conducted throughout and at end of each shift
- Ensures that locations are adequately stocked to conduct business
- Enforces all company policies and procedures
- Maintains Manager Food Handler's Certification
- Maintains Food Allergen Certification
- Coach and develop Crew Members based on the needs of the business
- Communicates all repair needs to the General Manager
- Communicates all disciplinary needs to the General Manager
- Conducts daily deposits as necessary
- Performs additional duties as assigned for the success of operations
