Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in restaurant or concessions management
  • Ability to handle cash accurately
  • Ability to schedule staff effectively
  • Training skills
  • Pass Chicago Department of Aviation/Homeland Security background check
  • Adhere to Chicago Department of Aviation security protocol

Job Qualifications

  • Food Handler's Certification for Managers
  • Food Allergen Training Certificate
  • Liquor/BASSET Certification is a plus
  • Experience in restaurant or concessions management
  • Skills in cash handling
  • Skills in scheduling
  • Skills in training
  • Ability to adhere to Chicago Department of Aviation security protocol

Job Duties

  • Responsible for daily inventory ordering and analysis
  • Ensures that all locations are adequately staffed
  • Ensures that all cleaning is conducted throughout and at end of each shift
  • Ensures that locations are adequately stocked to conduct business
  • Enforces all company policies and procedures
  • Maintains Manager Food Handler's Certification
  • Maintains Food Allergen Certification
  • Coach and develop Crew Members based on the needs of the business
  • Communicates all repair needs to the General Manager
  • Communicates all disciplinary needs to the General Manager
  • Conducts daily deposits as necessary
  • Performs additional duties as assigned for the success of operations
