Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to work varying shifts including days, rotating weekends, and flexible hours
Must be punctual and dependable
Ability to follow detailed cleaning and safety procedures
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and assist with patient transport when required
Must comply with hospital policies on infection control and biohazard handling

Job Qualifications

No previous experience required
Team-oriented and adaptable
Reliable and committed to maintaining a healthy and safe working environment
Willing to learn and follow hospital cleaning and safety protocols
Strong communication skills for interaction with hospital staff

Job Duties

Clean and maintain specified areas within the Perioperative Suites
Follow hospital regulations and policies regarding cleaning, biohazard waste disposal, linen distribution, restocking, and communication with ancillary departments as needed
Assist in an OR suite with limited patient care, such as moving, transporting, or aiding the RN Circulator with limited patient contact
Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
Perform additional duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
