Job Requirements

  • Age 18 or older
  • willingness to learn and grow
  • ability to work opener shifts (5:00 AM to 1:00 PM, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
  • ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
  • excellent communication skills in English
  • ability to handle cash and electronic payments responsibly
  • ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • dependable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Job Duties

  • Greet customers with a friendly smile
  • take accurate orders at the counter, Drive-Thru, or kiosk
  • handle cash and electronic payments responsibly
  • ensure every guest leaves satisfied
  • prepare all menu items according to McDonald's standards
  • assemble orders quickly and accurately
  • follow food safety and cleanliness procedures
  • maintain high standards of quality, freshness, and presentation
  • keep workstations clean and organized
  • follow sanitation, safety, and security policies
  • stock and rotate products properly
  • support overall restaurant cleanliness
  • communicate clearly with team members and managers
  • support teammates during busy shifts
  • be dependable and punctual
  • contribute to a positive, respectful work environment
