The role we are offering is for a Crew Member on opener shifts, which are critical for setting the tone of the day at the restaurant. Available shifts include early morning hours from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, providing various scheduling options for those who prefer starting their workday early. The position is a minimum 30+ hours per week commitment, ideal for individuals looking to balance work with other obligations such as school or family. As a Crew Member, you will be at the heart of the McDonald's experience, delivering exceptional customer service with a friendly smile, taking accurate and efficient orders whether at the counter, Drive-Thru, or kiosk, and handling cash and electronic payments responsibly.
