Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant or food and beverage management
- Proven track record in staff supervision and team leadership
- Strong understanding of food quality standards and service procedures
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to fostering a positive work environment and excellent guest service

- Experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations

Job Duties
- Provide guests with friendly and professional service
- Ensure excellent food quality and presentation
- Oversee timely meal delivery with attention to plating, portion, and temperature
- Develop department objectives focusing on cost savings and labor retention
- Lead training programs and ongoing service education
- Collaborate with the Chef on product quality and kitchen performance
- Assist in creating and meeting financial objectives through budget management and marketing
- Supervise hiring, training, and performance appraisal of service staff
- Address employee complaints and resolve operational issues
