Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant or food and beverage management
  • Proven track record in staff supervision and team leadership
  • Strong understanding of food quality standards and service procedures
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to fostering a positive work environment and excellent guest service

Job Duties

  • Provide guests with friendly and professional service

  • Develop department objectives focusing on cost savings and labor retention
  • Lead training programs and ongoing service education
  • Collaborate with the Chef on product quality and kitchen performance
  • Assist in creating and meeting financial objectives through budget management and marketing
  • Supervise hiring, training, and performance appraisal of service staff
  • Address employee complaints and resolve operational issues
