Reporting directly to the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM), the HSC is responsible for driving sales and profitability results while ensuring superior guest experiences, efficient operations, and effective team performance. This full-time role focuses on overseeing a shift of Team Members, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to optimize individual and collective productivity.\n\nThe HSC ensures adherence to all cash control and security procedures, including safe counting and management of cash drawers, to safeguard the restaurant's financial integrity. Inventory management is also a key responsibility, with daily and weekly inspections and receipt of inventory truck orders ensuring the timely availability of supplies needed for restaurant operations.\n\nDelivering exceptional guest service is a primary focus of the role. The HSC motivates Team Members to provide fast, accurate, and friendly service in a clean environment, consistently exceeding guest expectations. Operational leadership involves setting a strong example by actively participating in the implementation of shift plans, directing the preparation and sale of products with efficiency and precision, and maintaining speed of service standards.\n\nThe coordinator drives motivation and engagement across various workstations, fostering a positive team environment. They are also tasked with reviewing restaurant performance data to highlight successes and identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring continuous operational and brand standards are upheld.\n\nThis position requires strong interpersonal and leadership skills, a solid understanding of quick service restaurant operations, and a dedication to maintaining a high standard of guest satisfaction. Job Requirements
- must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- high school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience
- demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
- available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed

Job Duties
