Job Description

We are a locally owned and operated Dunkin' franchise, dedicated to serving high-quality food and beverages in a fast-paced and high-energy environment. Joining our team as a Dunkin' Restaurant Team Member means stepping into a dynamic role where you will play a vital part in the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. This position offers the opportunity to engage directly with guests, preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin's operational standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Our team members are essential in ensuring smooth restaurant openings and providing guests with prompt and accurate service.

The role requires early morning availability, as team members are expected to arrive between 3 AM and 4:30 AM to assist with essential restaurant setup procedures. These include brewing beverages, setting up equipment, verifying cash registers, and preparing the business for opening each day. In addition to preparing coffee and beverages, the team member will bake bagels, finish donuts with fillings and frosting for display, assemble and package orders, and handle customer transactions either at the drive-thru or front counter.

Success in this role requires a strong understanding of the menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, enabling team members to confidently answer guests' questions and maintain a guest-focused culture. Maintaining cleanliness and organizational standards is a critical part of the job, from cleaning equipment and service areas to stocking necessary items such as cups and lids. Effective communication within the team and with management ensures a collaborative work environment where all operations run smoothly.

Job Requirements

  • Must be available to arrive during the 3 AM-4:30 AM time period
  • must be at least 16 years of age
  • standing on feet for extended periods
  • repetitive motion including bending, stooping, and reaching
  • lifting objects including boxes, ice, and product up to 20lbs
  • working in a small space
  • must have reliable transportation
  • flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • At least 16 years of age
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work early morning shifts
  • familiarity with food safety standards is a plus
  • customer service experience is beneficial
  • ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
  • basic math skills for handling payments

Job Duties

  • Follow brand standards, recipes, and systems
  • follow food safety standards
