The available position at Dan's Management Co. is for a Bakery Team Member, commonly referred to as a Baker, responsible for preparing bakery products such as finishing donuts, merchandising, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service. This role is vital in ensuring that all menu items are ready for the restaurant's opening and that guests have an enjoyable experience throughout their visit. Working collaboratively with a team, the baker plays a key part in meeting operational standards, including food safety, sanitation, and compliance with all company and franchise policies. The position offers flexible scheduling with shifts averaging 30 hours weekly and opportunities for growth, such as management training programs for those who qualify. New hires start at $16 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $17.50 per hour, including tips and supplemental income enhancements.
