This opportunity is with an independent franchisee of McDonald’s, a family-owned business with over 50 years of experience in the restaurant industry. The position available is for Opening Team members and additional service roles, including order taking, cashier duties, and presenting food to guests. Opening Team members are essential to preparing the restaurant for a smooth start to the day. This includes making food, setting up stations, and ensuring the restaurant environment is ready to welcome guests first thing in the morning. The shift starts very early, between 4:30 and 5 AM, and this preferred shift may include a shift differential, increasing the hourly pay potential. Starting pay ranges from $12 to $15 per hour depending on availability and experience. The role is ideal for those who value teamwork and have a positive attitude toward fast-paced work environments. Positions are flexible and available for various schedules, including part-time and full-time, with shifts covering breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends.
