FreshPoint is currently seeking highly motivated and responsible Local CDL-A Delivery Drivers to join their team in Pompano Beach, Florida. This position offers an excellent opportunity for drivers who value being home daily and earning a competitive starting wage of $22.95 per hour plus overtime and incentive bonuses. Delivery drivers play a crucial role in ensuring that fresh products reach customers on time and in optimal condition, impacting the overall customer experience positively.

This role requires the operation of large commercial vehicles to transport products on local routes within the Pompano Beach area, ensuring prompt and safe deliveries. Drivers will be responsible for managing touch freight duties, which may include lifting and moving products weighing 40 to 60 pounds on average, and up to 100 pounds regularly. The position demands adherence to all safety protocols, a clean driving record, and the ability to communicate effectively in English. Flexibility is essential, as overtime, weekends, and holiday shifts may be required depending on business needs.
